2009 Speakers

Some of the biggest names in make-up artistry will be keynote speakers for the 2009 International Make-Up Artist Trade Show in London. More names coming soon!

Mike Elizalde

Elizalde, a Los Angeles-based make-up designer, sculptor and animatronic engineer, has worked on more than 45 feature films, including Men in Black, A.I. Artificial Intelligence, Fantastic Four and X-Men: The Last Stand; most recently, he worked on Hellboy 2 and the forthcoming X-Men spinoff X-Men Origins: Wolverine. He and his wife Mary established the creature and make-up effects studio Spectral Motion in 1994.

Morag Ross

Ross is a BAFTA award winner whose filmography includes I'm Not There, The Black Dahlia, Indiana Jones: The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, The Aviator, Lost In Translation, Elizabeth: The Golden Age, Charlotte Gray, Sense and Sensibility and Orlando. She frequently works with actress Cate Blanchett.
